Colloqate worked with the Promise of Justice Initiative (PJI) to curate an installation for their 10 Year Anniversary celebration. For the 10 Year Anniversary Celebration we curated an exhibition of PJI’s work in support of those impacted by the criminal legal system including working toward ending the death penalty, challenging inhumance conditions of confinement, exposing prosecutorial and judicial misconduct, criminal representation supporting healing and fighting racism and the legacy of Jim Crow in the criminal legal system. Through the stories shared here, we not only illuminate injustices but raise a collective strive for justice and liberation.
